With less than 6% of talent in advertising being African American, it seems that the industry could use all the extra help with opening the gate for creatives of color.
So OFF HOURS was created by a creative and some friends in the industry to develop a space where Black, Asian, Latin, etc creatives can have a safe space to come and ask questions, get feedback on their portfolios, receive advice based on their goals, and just simply be affirmed and motivated to keep going on their journey.
